On Thursday evening, January 11, 2024, the opening ceremony of the new Geoinformation Technologies (GIT) laboratory at Yerevan State University was held. The Vice-rector of YSU, European partners, professors from different departments related to geomatics, students, and interested parties attended the event.
YSU representatives showed the new facilities and equipment acquired in the framework of the GeoTAK project, including a multirotor drone, a multispectral camera, GPS, and numerous computers, among other equipment.
