In the afternoon of Friday, January 12, 2024, GeoTAK EU and Armenian partners met at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport with the Secretary and technical staff of the new Committee of Higher Education and Science of Armenia. In the context of the development of the new regulations for Ph.D. programs in the country, the new joint Ph.D. program in GIT was discussed as the first nationwide program giving students the opportunity to study at three universities simultaneously. Future contacts and collaboration in the framework of Horizon Europe were opened, fostering the sustainability of the new joint degree at doctorate level.
